In order for a cosmetic product to be launched in the European market, it must comply with the requirements set by Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 for cosmetic products.

Among other things, this regulation restricts the use of certain raw materials, defines labeling requirements and the contents of the Cosmetic Product Information File (PIF), and requires all cosmetic products to be notified via the Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP).

We can manage all procedures necessary to ensure that cosmetic products are both safe and fully compliant for sale in the European market.
